Position Summary

Empower Community Care is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, product and portfolio messaging, commercialization, and cross-functional launch execution for priority products, platforms, services, and enterprise initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be a senior individual contributor and trusted strategic partner to leaders across marketing, growth, sales, product/service delivery, and the broader organization. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will translate complex offerings into clear, differentiated market stories and lead the go-to-market plans required to bring them successfully to market.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketer and highly collaborative leader who brings diverse stakeholders together around a shared direction. They are comfortable navigating complexity, translating strategy into practical plans, and balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. This role will guide cross-functional go-to-market planning and readiness, partnering with accountable leaders to ensure timely, well-informed product, commercial, and launch decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market, customer, buyer, competitive, sales, and internal research to identify audience needs, market opportunities, differentiators, barriers to adoption, and commercial implications.

• Build and lead a practical competitive-intelligence program that monitors competitor offerings, positioning, go-to-market activity, market trends, and buyer perceptions; translate insights into differentiated messaging, competitive strategy, sales enablement, launch recommendations, and executive updates.

• Develop clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, proof points, personas, buying-committee guidance, and solution narratives for priority products, platforms, services, and initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch execution for major initiatives, including integrated workback plans, timelines, owners, dependencies, meeting cadence, readiness reviews, risks and issues, decision logs, follow-up, internal communications, executive status reporting, and post-launch optimization.

• Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional leaders to translate Empower’s marketing and commercial strategy into practical portfolio messaging, market-facing architecture, launch requirements, and activation plans.

• Create scalable product-marketing processes and templates for positioning, campaign briefs, launch planning, sales enablement, readiness reviews, and post-launch learning.

• Partner with marketing, growth, sales, and partnership teams to translate GTM strategy into integrated campaigns and account-based marketing programs, including clear audience, messaging, offer, channel, content, follow-up, and measurement requirements.

• Create and maintain practical sales, partnership, and customer-facing enablement, including solution overviews, pitch decks, messaging guides, talk tracks, discovery questions, battlecards, objection handling, FAQs, and internal training materials.

• Facilitate cross-functional teams and provide clear strategic direction, briefs, and feedback that improve the quality and consistency of work across marketing and key stakeholder groups.

• Define and report on meaningful launch and product-marketing measures — including readiness, enablement adoption, engagement, qualified demand, pipeline influence, adoption, customer feedback, retention, and expansion — and provide decision-oriented updates to the VP of Marketing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, go-to-market strategy, strategic marketing, commercialization, portfolio marketing, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional launches for products, platforms, services, solutions, or strategic initiatives.

• Strong experience developing differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, audience segmentation, and sales-enablement materials for complex offerings.

• Experience in enterprise, consultative, healthcare, public-sector, technology, professional-services, or similarly complex B2B environments with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles.

• Excellent project and program-management, written, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

• Experience partnering with sales, business development, partnerships, product/service teams, customer-facing teams, and marketing channel owners to execute integrated GTM programs.

• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, pipeline and campaign reporting, and web or digital analytics; experience with HubSpot strongly preferred. Experience with sales-enablement, project-management, collaboration, and AI-enabled workflow tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, community care, child and family services, human services, public-sector, education, criminal justice, or another complex mission-driven market.

• Experience marketing behavioral-health technology, healthcare technology, enterprise software, technology-enabled services, evidence-based programs, or professional services.

• Experience with account-based marketing, named-account strategies, sales enablement, and partnership marketing.

• Experience working in a lean or scaling marketing organization where the individual is expected to be both strategic and hands-on.

• Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully and responsibly apply generative AI, AI-enabled tools, and emerging AI-agent workflows to improve research, analysis, content development, campaign execution, and team productivity. Brings sound judgment around data privacy, confidentiality, accuracy, brand standards, human review, and appropriate governance.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This is a remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home-office workspace.

• Primarily sedentary work involving extended periods at a computer; must be able to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in writing.

• Occasional travel required (approximately 5–15%) for team meetings, conferences, or launch events.

• Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
